Metaclads / The Factory

Nathupur & Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat · Since 1987

Sixty thousand square feet
of not asking anyone.

Most façade companies are brokers with a logo. They sell you a design, buy the panels from a job-work press, send the coating out, and hire whoever is free to fit it. We have spent thirty-nine years doing the opposite — and this page exists so you can check.

Vertical integration

No vendor to blame.
There isn't one.

Most façade quotes are a stack of other people's quotes. Here is the same six-stage job, run two ways — and the reason the right-hand column exists is that we bought the machines instead of renting the relationships.

Stage
How a façade is usually bought
How Metaclads does it
Shop drawings
Outsourced to a freelance detailer
Our own engineering desk, Kirti Nagar
Fabrication

Our presses and punches, Nathupur

Third-party coater, batch to batch
In house — one line, one tone, one owner

Three companies and a blame loop
One number. Ours.

The floor

Two plants.
Metal and WPC.

Metal at Nathupur, WPC extrusion at Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat. Everything that happens to your façade happens on a floor we own, in front of people we employ. Click any frame to open it full size.

The wide shed at the Metaclads Sonipat plant — a yellow overhead gantry crane running the length of long treatment tanks, steel roof trusses above.
A workshop bay with yellow machines along the far wall, steel trestles and a long roller conveyor running down the centre of the floor.
A storage bay stacked with film-wrapped façade panels and bundled boards on pallets under a corrugated roof.
Bundles of dark boards and profiles racked in tall stacks against a green corrugated wall.
A storage aisle with wrapped panel stacks on blue steel racking down both sides and rolls of sheet material at the far end.
Two Metaclads workers at a bench in the production hall, wrapped panel stacks behind them and lengths of decking in the foreground.

Our people

Two hundred people.
Same hands, mostly.

A façade is not made by a company. It is made by a fabricator who has punched this pattern before, and a fitter who knows how the corner should turn. Losing those people is how quality quietly leaves a business — so we don't.

Sahil Ahuja · Director

Every single piece a masterpiece” isn't a slogan we put on a wall — it's the standard the floor is held to.

Sahil joined as Director in 2021. He runs operations out of Kirti Nagar across three plants and a systems range that now covers matrix panels, shingles, cassettes, louvres and WPC. He stays directly involved in system development and finish quality — which is where most façade work is quietly won or lost.

How it works

Six stages.
One company through all of them.

A real sequence, not a diagram. Each stage hands off to the next inside the same building, which is why nothing is lost between them.

STAGE 01

Design

Your drawings. Or a sketch on paper, or a photo of the site. We have started from all three and none of them is a bad start.

STAGE 02

Engineer

Shop drawings. Loads, fixings, tolerances — resolved on paper before anything is cut, and signed off by you before tooling opens.

STAGE 03

Prototype

We don't quote a façade. We prototype it. You hold the sample, in the actual finish, before production starts.

STAGE 04

Manufacture

Cut, formed and coated in Sonipat on our own machines — to the approved sample, not to an approximation of it.

STAGE 05

Install

Our crew. Not a subcontractor, not a labour supplier found near the site the week the panels land.

STAGE 06

Handover

Signed off panel by panel. If a facet sits wrong it is ours to correct, and there is nobody for us to escalate to.

The second plant · WPC

Wood that doesn't
mind the weather.

Exterior-grade wood-polymer composite — wood fibre bound in polymer — extruded at Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat. Decking, louvres, rafters and soffits, in seven finishes off one sample board. Same rule as the metal: our extrusion, our finish, our fitters.

WPC decking in walnut — wide composite boards laid in long parallel runs with a narrow shadow gap between each, floor-to-ceiling glazing behind.
Decking — walnut
WPC decking in ash grey — a terrace stepping down in two broad levels with a darker board closing the nose of each step.
Decking — ash grey
WPC louvre soffit — a long balcony soffit lined in closely ranked composite battens in a warm timber tone, turning down the outer face.
Louvre soffit
WPC louvres and rafters — balcony fascias and soffits clad in fine vertical composite battens in deep brown with wider rafter posts in a lighter grain.
Louvres and rafters
The Metaclads WPC finish range on one sample board — seven composite rafter sections in walnut, gold, red timber grain, rust, mossy green-brown and weathered ochre.
Seven finishes, one board
Aluminium rafters in a pale sand tone clad in closely ranked vertical fins following the sweep of each curved balcony.

The plant is open
to anyone who asks.

If you're specifying a façade worth building, come to Sonipat and walk the floor before you commit. Otherwise, send the elevation and we'll start where every project starts — with a drawing and a physical sample.
