Refund and Return Policy: Exterior Metal Facade Systems
This Policy governs the commercial relationship between Metaclads (Supplier) and our B2B clients regarding the sale of Exterior Metal Facade, Front Elevation Systems, and Aluminum Cladding Products. Due to the custom, project-specific nature of our materials, this framework prioritizes repair and replacement over monetary refunds.
I. Non-Returnable Products (Final Sale)
All Custom Orders, Final Sale, and Non-Refundable.
Due to the bespoke nature of our solutions, the vast majority of our products are fabricated, cut, or finished specifically to the Buyer’s approved plans. Therefore, all Custom-Engineered Metal Panels, Cut-to-Size Aluminum Systems, and Special-Order Finishes are deemed FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or cash refund.
II. Mandatory Duty of Inspection (72-Hour Acceptance)
The Client has a non-negotiable duty to promptly inspect goods under the Indian Sale of Goods Act.

III. Sole and Exclusive Remedy
For any valid claim (e.g., proven manufacturing defect), Metaclads’ liability and the Client’s SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY is strictly limited to the following, at our discretion:
- Repair or Replacement of the specific defective product unit(s).
Limitation of Liability: Metaclads is explicitly not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This exclusion includes installation labor costs, contractor fees, project delay penalties, or loss of profits arising from material defect or replacement.
IV. Standard Inventory (Stock Items Only)
Returns of non-custom stock accessories or standard fasteners accepted due to Buyer ordering error are subject to adjustment:
- 15% Restocking Fee applies to any monetary refund.
100% Store Credit (waiving the restocking fee) is offered for future Metaclads purchases, contingent upon the returned items being in merchantable condition.
